{"id":841,"date":"2018-06-18T12:24:52","date_gmt":"2018-06-18T20:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adamantyr.com\/blog\/?p=841"},"modified":"2018-06-20T11:25:39","modified_gmt":"2018-06-20T19:25:39","slug":"working-on-it","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.adamantyr.com\/index.php\/2018\/06\/18\/working-on-it\/","title":{"rendered":"Working On It"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another quick update&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been a busy couple of weeks, and at the end of this week I&#8217;m going to ACE Comic Con in Seattle, so it&#8217;s going to stay that way!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been working on the dynamic battlemap generation. The work is going slowly because I&#8217;m designing the algorithms to create the maps in tandem with graphics updates to support them. I think the end result is going to be VERY cool but right now there&#8217;s just nothing to show off.<\/p>\n<p>The combat engine is going to be a bigger job than I anticipated, because I&#8217;m also re-designing the main screen from my original code, and there&#8217;s a lot of new additions and changes from the pre-AMS code.
